Work without borders

In a labour market where demand — both for skilled and unskilled profiles — exceeds domestic supply, Italy has the opportunity to turn a challenge into a strategic lever: accelerating the integration of migrant workers to close employment gaps and strengthen the country’s competitiveness. The event “Work Without Borders: tools to accelerate the employment integration of migrants and refugees” aims to present and highlight the opportunities offered by the national and European regulatory framework for the inclusion of non-EU nationals, to share effective models already active in the field, and to create a structured space for dialogue between businesses, institutions, the third sector, and local actors to jointly explore multi-level, replicable, and impactful solutions. The day will be moderated by Sebastiano Barisoni (Radio 24) and Riccardo Haupt (CEO, Will Media/Chora).
