DUO for a JOB

DUO for a JOB promotes access to employment through an intergenerational and intercultural mentoring model. It pairs young people with migrant backgrounds with mentors aged over 50, drawing on professional experience, guidance and personal networks. The programme strengthens skills, autonomy and confidence, whilst contributing to reducing inequalities in the labour market and building bonds between generations and communities.
