In a labour market where demand – for both skilled and unskilled profiles – exceeds domestic supply, Italy can turn a challenge into a strategic opportunity: accelerating the integration of migrant workers to fill employment gaps and strengthen the country’s competitiveness. The event “Work Without Borders: Tools to Accelerate the Employment of Migrants and Refugees” aims to highlight and promote the opportunities offered by the national and European regulatory frameworks for the employment of non-EU citizens, share effective models already implemented in the field, and create a structured space for dialogue among businesses, institutions, the third sector and local stakeholders to jointly imagine replicable, multi-level and high-impact solutions. The event will be moderated by Sebastiano Barisoni (Radio 24) and Riccardo Haupt (CEO, Will Media / Chora).
